Overview :

  • We are seeking a Creative Consultant to work with our agency on a retainership / project fee basis.
  • This is a remote position designed for a creative expert who can provide strategic, research-driven, and imaginative solutions for influencer marketing campaigns, brand strategy pitches, and creative projects.
  • You will work closely with our internal teams to develop compelling creative concepts and execution frameworks that resonate with both prospective and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Sector, Market and Company Research :

  • Conduct in-depth research on the client's industry, market landscape, consumer behavior, and competitors.
  • Analyze market trends, emerging digital platforms, and influencer marketing innovations.
  • Identify key consumer insights that can act as creative triggers for campaign development.
  • Develop a cogent problem statement / s for the proposed solution.
  • Insight Generation :

  • Derive actionable insights from the research that will serve as the foundation for the creative strategy.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the target audience's mindset, motivations, and media consumption patterns.
  • Propose insights that fuel brand communication, enabling meaningful connections with consumers.
  • Strategy & Creative Conceptualization :

  • Craft innovative, compelling, and strategically aligned campaign ideas across digital, social, and influencer platforms.
  • Collaborate with account managers and strategists to ensure ideas align with the client's business objectives and brand identity.
  • Design multi-platform content strategies, creative hooks, and messaging frameworks that resonate with different audience segments.
  • Campaign Execution Directions :

  • Provide high-level creative execution guidelines to internal teams, including designers, copywriters, and media planners.
  • Suggest influencer collaborations, content formats (videos, reels, posts, blogs), and tone of voice that amplify campaign ideas.
  • Offer actionable insights on the creative application across media platforms (social, digital, influencer).
  • KPI & Success Metrics :

  • Define suggested KPIs and metrics to gauge the campaign's performance, effectiveness, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to map creative performance back to business goals.
  • Ensure creative solutions drive measurable success, including brand engagement, visibility, and conversions.
  • Collaboration & Communication :

  • Work closely with the Influencer Marketing, Strategy, and Account Management teams to deliver well-rounded creative solutions.
  • Present creative ideas and strategies to internal stakeholders and, when required, to clients.
  • Remain flexible and open to feedback, iterating on creative concepts as needed.
  • Trend Identification & Innovation :

  • Work with the latest trends in digital media, content creation, influencer marketing, and creative technologies.
  • Identify new platforms, content formats, and creative avenues to push the boundaries of traditional influencer campaigns.
  • Creative Evaluation & Optimization :

  • Offer post-campaign creative evaluations, analyzing the impact and suggesting optimizations for future projects.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of creative strategies and processes to keep campaigns fresh and engaging.
  • Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as a Creative Consultant or similar role in advertising, brand strategy, or influencer marketing.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent conceptual thinking and the ability to develop big ideas that work across multiple platforms.
  • Solid understanding of digital and social media platforms, particularly in relation to influencer marketing.
  • Experience working on creative pitches for high-profile brands.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Preferred :

  • Prior experience working in an agency environment.
  • Strong portfolio of creative work, showcasing campaign strategies and creative solutions across media platforms.
  • Compensation : This is a retainership or project fee-based role, with compensation determined based on the scope of work and specific project requirements.
