The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads building strong customer relationships and driving revenue growth through inbound and outbound sales activities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Lead Generation : Generate qualify and manage inbound and outbound leads to create a solid sales pipeline.Prospecting and Outreach : Identify potential customers through research cold calling email campaigns and social media engagement.Sales Presentations : Conduct product or service presentations and demonstrations clearly explaining features benefits and pricing.Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain longterm relationships with prospects responding promptly to inquiries and providing excellent customer service.Sales Pipeline Management : Use CRM software to track leads manage sales activities and update client interactions in real time.Quota Achievement : Meet and exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.Market Feedback : Gather insights from client interactions to provide valuable feedback to the product and marketing teams to improve offerings and client satisfaction.Requirements :
Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing or a related field.13 years of experience in inside sales telemarketing or a similar role.Strong understanding of CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and sales pipeline management.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Selfmotivated targetdriven and able to work independently and as part of a team.Job Location : Remote / Hybrid / InOffice
