Job description

Responsibilities :

Provide Level 2 support services for customer issues related to Moodle and eLearning platforms.
Reproduce troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues.
Escalate issues to Level 3 support as per procedure.
Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met responding to customers with appropriate timeliness based on best practices.
Contribute to corporate knowledge by documenting best practices creating knowledge base items and developing procedural or technical documentation.
Collaborate with teams to improve support processes and share insights.

Qualifications & Experience :

Minimum of 1 year of experience in Moodle support and / or development.

At least 1 year of experience in a customerfacing application support role.

Experience providing application support in the software industry through phone and email channels.

Strong customer service skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Experience in technical troubleshooting and issue documentation.

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Capable of working well under pressure meeting deadlines and thriving in a fastpaced intellectually challenging and performancedriven environment.

Desired Technical Competencies :

Experience with eLearning software particularly Moodle.

Familiarity with the enterprise software industry.

Experience working with opensource software like Moodle.
