Job Responsibilities

The Medical Representative / Area Sales Manager is responsible for promoting and selling a company's products which can include pharmaceutical drugs and medical equipment to healthcare professionals such as doctors nurses and pharmacists.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.

Promote the company's products to healthcare professionals.

Arrange appointments with doctors pharmacists and hospital medical teams.

Deliver presentations to healthcare professionals to increase product awareness.

Build and maintain positive working relationships with medical staff and supporting administrative staff.

Keep detailed records of all contacts and visits.

Stay informed about new products and treatments.

Keep abreast of competitor products and activities.

Provide accurate information and demonstrations on product usage and benefits.

Incumbents to be a team player and have a creative mindset zeal to grow with a growing organisation.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
