Job Title : Sales Consultant

Location : Mumbai

As a Sales Consultant at Sales & Profit, you will play a pivotal role in solving our customers’ B2B sales challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Gap Analysis :

  • Engage with B2B customers to understand their sales processes and challenges.
  • Diagnose gaps in areas like GTM strategy, sales team structures, sales processes, sales organization efficiency etc.
  • Present findings and create awareness about critical areas for improvement.

Consultative Selling :

  • Establish credibility with clients by demonstrating a deep understanding of sales best practices, insightful probing, sales metrics, methodologies, and consulting frameworks.
  • Present tailored consulting and enablement solutions that address customer challenges and align with their business goals.
  • Consulting Execution :

  • Lead and coordinate Sales Consulting and Sales Enablement projects, including creating strategic recommendations, implementation roadmaps, and focusing on the execution.
  • Collaborate with internal Subject Matter Experts when required to execute complex solutions.
  • Relationship Management :

  • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Growth Mindset :

  • Stay updated on emerging trends in sales methodologies and consulting practices.
  • Share insights to continuously enhance Sales & Profit‘s service offerings.
  • Qualifications and Skills

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Experience : Minimum 8 years in sales consulting, sales enablement, or B2B sales roles.
  • Proven track record of diagnosing and resolving sales process challenges.
  • Skills :
  • Strong consultative selling skills with an ability to interact with C-level executives.
  • Expertise in B2B Complex selling, Customer engagement / management, GTM strategy, team sizing, and Sales Process designing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and resolve sales process inefficiencies.
