You are highly organised and detail-oriented.

You have a deep understanding of Klaviyo and email marketing best practices.

You have experience with A / B testing and customer segmentation.

You can manage multiple projects efficiently.

You are an excellent communicator who can work collaboratively with different teams.

You have experience working within structured processes and systems.

You are proactive and always looking for ways to improve performance.

You are data-driven and can track, measure, and report on campaign performance.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Email Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in executing and optimising email marketing campaigns and automation flows for our clients.

Handles email campaign briefing process and forwards it to the design team.

Facilitate feedback loops between customers, and the design team to ensure design integrity, compliance, and functionality.

Schedule and deploy approved email campaigns.

Manage the email flow design briefing and approval process.

Build and implement automation flows in Klaviyo, ensuring accurate functionality.

Monitor campaign performance and suggest optimisation strategies to improve deliverability and inbox placement.

Set up new customer accounts in Klaviyo and other major ESPs.

Handle data and template migrations from existing ESPs.

Integrate email marketing with e-commerce platforms.

Create and manage key customer segments.

Generate weekly customer reports and quarterly impact reports.

This is a full-time role (38 hours per week), working in the Pacific Standard Time (PST), Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (this will be Tue - Sat Philippines).
