About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned recruitment professional to support global hiring initiatives for technical roles within the telecommunications R&D space. This role is heavily focused on stakeholder engagement, candidate evaluation, and acting as a strategic liaison between hiring managers and top technical talent. You will work closely with our Senior Technical Recruiter in direct communication with telecom and R&D clients , building meaningful relationships and ensuring that the right talent is placed in highly specialized roles that shape the future of telecom innovation.
Key Responsibilities :
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Collaborate directly with clients and internal recruitment leads to understand hiring needs and project goals
- Work alongside our Senior Technical Recruiter in client communications, aligning on priorities and strategic direction
- Build and nurture strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
- Understand technical team structures, business objectives, and workforce planning needs
- Deliver regular progress updates, market feedback, and strategic insights to clients and internal teams
Candidate Screening & Evaluation
Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate candidates' technical backgrounds, project experience, and domain expertiseMatch candidate profiles with specific R&D roles such as RF engineering, software and hardware development, AI / ML applications in telecom, and core network technologiesCollaborate with hiring managers to refine job briefs, success profiles, and selection criteriaGuide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a professional and informed experienceTechnical & Industry Insight
Demonstrate a strong understanding of telecom R&D domains including 5G / 6G technologies, Open RAN, AI / ML, IoT, edge computing, and telecom infrastructureCommunicate effectively with technical stakeholders to ensure precision in recruitment targetingStay current with industry advancements, emerging technologies, and competitor trendsRequirements :
Minimum of 6+ years of experience in technical recruitment and stakeholder management within the telecom or R&D sectorsProven ability to collaborate with hiring managers and manage complex stakeholder relationshipsStrong technical understanding of telecom roles and R&D environmentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple requisitions and quickly adapt to evolving client needsHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and critical thinking in high-impact recruitment projectsFluency in English is requiredPreferred Qualifications :
Experience hiring for global telecom leaders such as Huawei, Ericsson, or NokiaBackground in technical recruitment for complex and evolving R&D teamsExposure to multinational hiring strategies and culturally diverse client environments
