Job Summary
The Assistant - Quotation Management will be responsible for supporting preparing, reviewing, and managing the quotations. This role involves assisting in the preparation of cost estimates, coordinating with internal teams to gather information, and ensuring that quotes are timely, accurate, and aligned with client requirements. The Assistant Quotation Manager will also contribute to tracking and improving the efficiency of the quotation process.

Qualifications and Skills
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience : 2-3 years of experience in a quotation, estimation, or sales support role, preferably in a manufacturing, aerospace, or service industry.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with quotation software or ERP systems is an advantage.
Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and clients.
Detail-Oriented : High attention to detail and accuracy in preparing and reviewing quotations.
Problem-Solving : Ability to analyze and resolve issues related to pricing and quotation processes.
Team Collaboration
