Location : Chennai 5 Hybrid (Work from Home with 2 office visits per month, subject to system issues, client visits, or organizational requirements)

Shift Time : 12 PM 9 : 30 PM or 5 PM 2 : 30 AM (Fixed shift, no rotation)

Education : Graduation (Mandatory)

Maximum CTC : 30,000

Job Overview :

We are looking for a Record to Report (R2R) Processor to manage financial transactions, ensure accurate reporting, and maintain compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to process financial data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

Collate, process, and submit financial transactions and accounting data for external statutory reporting.

Prepare and validate data input records while performing quality checks.

Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting and reconciliation.

Work closely with internal teams to streamline accounting processes.

Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.

Maintain accurate documentation and assist in audit requirements.

Adhere to organizational policies and financial regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

1 2 years of experience in Record to Report (R2R) or financial processing.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Proficiency in data entry, reconciliation, and quality checks.

Experience with ERP systems and accounting software is a plus.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
