Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a FEMALE Office Administrator candidate. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the admin staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

• Booking travel and accommodation needs for required employees
• Assisting in the poultry shows and stalls to the tech and sales team
• Managing the marketing materials
• Coordinate administrative tasks to support the functions
• Manage phone calls and corresponding e-mails, letters, packages etc.
• Assisting in taking the minutes of meeting for all the office/board meetings
• Assisting the Business Manager, Operations Manager in arranging meetings
• Assisting Company Senior Management Team where required
• Responsible for all visitor requirements – Domestic and overseas
• Keeping minimum stock materials for the functioning of Office equipment, canteen and Manager’s Quarters
• Arranging the materials for office canteen & supervision of Office Canteen staff
• Up-keep and cleanliness and maintenance of admin block and quarters meeting hall
• Maintenance of office printers, fax machines, laminators and other equipments

Desired Candidate Profile

• Any Degree
• We Prefer FEMALE candidates
• Good in Computer skill
• Having minimum of five years experience in relevant field
• Outstanding communication in TAMIL , ENGLISH and HINDI is MUST
• Need to have good interpersonal skill
• Who is willing to relocate to Udumalpet
