Roles & Responsibilities :
- Gain a clear understanding of the Platform, ICP, Value proposition, and Product positioning.
- Research and understand the Inbound prospect profile and associated organization.
- Work on the allocated MQLs, understand their pulse and nurture them as an SME / Consultant till they are demo ready
- Take up the Qualification / Discovery calls with MQLs to assess the Critical expectations and Seriousness of their sales evaluation.
- Pass on the Discovery details to Sales / Presales, along with a demo request
- Consistently meet monthly targets for – MQL to SAL / SQL
- Experiment, measure, learn, and refine the Lead Nurturing and Qualification Process
- Maintain contacts / leads, activities in CRM Nurture leads through timed mailers and social media engagements.
Desired Skills :
Understanding of Technology / SaaS Platform and SaaS sales
Follow-up Approach
MQL-SAL understanding and judgement.
Hands on CRM
Requirement and Qualification :
Experience : 3 to 5 years
Education – MBA graduate, Business Graduate
Past experience – From SaaS Platform / BI Platforms
Timings : US Shift
