Job Summary : 4 to 8 Years
OneXtel Communications is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to identify, qualify, and nurture leads, driving our sales pipeline and business growth. In this role, you will connect with prospects, build relationships, and ensure smooth handoffs to the sales team. Ideal candidates have strong B2B lead generation skills, excellent communication, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate high-quality leads through outbound calls (cold-calling), emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Conduct in-depth research to identify key decision-makers and create interest in OneXtel’s CPaaS solutions.
- Evaluate the quality of leads by gathering relevant information to determine fit and potential.
- Use lead-scoring models to improve the lead qualification process and enhance conversion rates.
- Nurture and engage leads through consistent follow-up and value-driven communication.
- Maintain a high level of engagement with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
- Schedule meetings with qualified leads and route them to appropriate sales executives for further follow-up and closure.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transition and continuity of the sales process.
- Track, monitor, and report on lead conversion metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure high conversion rates and optimize the transition from Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) to Sales Qualified Leads (SQL).
- Work with the sales and marketing teams to design and execute lead-generation strategies that increase overall lead volume and quality.
- Provide feedback to improve outbound communication, lead qualification, and conversion strategies.
- Continuously optimize the SDR process by experimenting with new outreach techniques and lead-generation tools.
- Regularly assess and improve strategies to drive higher engagement and results.
