We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic sales team.
In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
You will be responsible for building strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our company's products or services.
Key Responsibilities : Lead Generation & Prospecting : Identify, research, and qualify potential clients through various channels (e. , networking, cold calling, email campaigns, social media).
Build and maintain a database of prospective clients using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Client Relationship Building : Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients.
Understand client needs and challenges and effectively communicate how our company's solutions can address them.
Respond to client inquiries and requests for proposals (RFPs) in a timely and professional manner.
Sales Cycle Management : Contribute to the sales process by qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and gathering relevant client information.
Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and presentations.
Market Research & Analysis : Conduct market research to identify and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and potential new market opportunities.
Lead Conversion Strategy : Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve lead conversion rates.
Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
