Ksolves - Odoo Functional Consultant - Implementation & Configuration

About the Role :

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be the bridge between clients and our technical team, helping to implement and customize Odoo ERP modules to meet business requirements across various domains such as Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, and more.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze client business processes and requirements.
• Provide consultation and recommendations on best practices using Odoo modules.
• Lead the full lifecycle of Odoo implementation projects, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and support.
• Customize Odoo modules based on customer needs, working closely with the technical team.
• Conduct functional testing and ensure quality delivery.
• Deliver end-user training and create user manuals / documentation.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, project managers, and :
• Proven experience (13+ years) as an Odoo Functional Consultant or in a similar ERP implementation role.
• Strong understanding of core Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Purchase, Manufacturing, CRM, etc.).
• Ability to map client requirements with Odoo functionalities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Odoo.sh, Odoo Studio, or third-party Odoo apps is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related to Have :
• Odoo Certification.
• Basic knowledge of Python and technical architecture of Odoo.
• Experience in project management or agile methodologies.
• Exposure to international clients or multilingual environments.
