We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer with fluent English skills to join our team. This role requires strong communication skills to work with international clients, buyers, and manufacturers while ensuring design concepts translate into successful production.

About the Role - We are seeking a passionate and trend-savvy Influencer cum Affiliate Marketing Specialist to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales through strategic influencer collaborations. The ideal candidate will have experience in fashion marketing, influencer partnerships, sales generation and social media strategies to enhance our brand presence.

Responsibilities

Identify & Build Relationships : Research, connect, and collaborate with fashion influencers, bloggers, and content creators across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Campaign Development & Execution : Design and manage influencer marketing campaigns that align with brand goals, product launches, and seasonal promotions.

Negotiation & Contracts : Communicate with influencers, negotiate partnership terms, and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.

Content Strategy & Review : Guide influencers on fashion trends, styling, and content themes to ensure high-quality, brand-aligned visuals and videos.

Performance Analysis : Track influencer campaign performance, analyze metrics (engagement, reach, conversions), and generate reports to optimize future strategies.

Trend Monitoring & Innovation : Stay updated on fashion industry trends, emerging influencers, and new social media trends to enhance brand visibility.

Collaboration with Internal Teams : Work closely with the marketing, social media, and creative teams to ensure influencer collaborations align with broader marketing initiatives.

Qualifications -

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

A certification in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing (optional but beneficial).

Required Skills-

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the fashion industry.

Strong knowledge of fashion influencers, content creation, and social media trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Experience with influencer marketing platforms (e.g., Upfluence, Aspire, Traackr) is a plus.

Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.

Passion for fashion, styling, and digital marketing.

Preferred Skills-

Understanding of fashion retail and e-commerce trends.

Experience with paid influencer collaborations and affiliate marketing.

Knowledge of social media algorithms and content engagement strategies.
