Job Title : Inside Sales Representative

Location : Noida

Shift Timings : EST Hours

As an Inside Sales Representative , you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying, nurturing, and converting leads. You will work closely with the sales and recruitment teams to expand our client base and build strong, lasting relationships.

Responsibilities :

  • Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach (cold calls, emails, social media, etc.).
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Develop and deliver tailored sales pitches to prospective clients.
  • Identify client needs and provide workforce solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of services.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competition, and industry insights to effectively position Net2Source’s services.

Qualifications :

  • Freshers are welcome to apply!
  • Proven experience in inside sales, business development, or a related role is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong ability to identify client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a bonus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
