Sales & Marketing Coordinator – Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage social media content, insights, and analytics across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest).
• Maintain the hotel’s internal quarterly newsletter and promotional materials.
• Conduct site inspections and tours for travel agents, journalists, and DMCs.
• Update and manage resort TV channels with promotions and exclusive content.
• Assist in sales contract management and database updates (Travel Agents / FTOs / guests).
• Support the Sales & Marketing team in organizing events, preparing reports, and presentations.
• Handle travel arrangements, expense reports, and administrative tasks.
• Assist in emailers, flyers, and promotional campaigns.
• Conduct research, draft social media posts, and edit marketing materials.
• Track sales leads, generate reports, and analyze sales data.
• Support marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and engagement.
