We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Talent Acquisition team as a Trainee. Position Overview :

As a Talent Acquisition Trainee you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment efforts of our organization. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to attract screen and onboard qualified candidates for various positions for our healthcare clients. This role offers comprehensive training and exposure to all aspects of the recruitment process.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in sourcing and attracting candidates for open positions through various channels including job boards social media professional networks and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screenings and assessments of applicants to evaluate their qualifications skills and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Support the development and maintenance of candidate pipelines and talent pools for future hiring needs.
  • Assist in the preparation and posting of job advertisements and descriptions on relevant platforms.
  • Coordinate and participate in career fairs networking events and other recruitment activities to promote the organization and attract potential candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare staffing and recruitment.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Passion for a career in talent acquisition and a strong interest in the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook)
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a proactive and solutionoriented mindset.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fastpaced and evolving environment.
  • Knowledge of staffing and recruitment practices is desirable but not mandatory.
