The goal is to establish long-term partnerships with clients seeking flexible, well-managed office spaces.

Key Responsibilities :

Prospecting and Lead Generation :

  • Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities.
  • Client Consultation :

  • Conduct needs assessments and consult with potential clients to understand their workspace requirements, including office size, location, amenities, and lease terms.
  • Provide information about the benefits of managed office solutions.
  • Solution Presentation :

  • Customize and present managed office solutions that align with the client's needs and preferences.
  • Address client questions and objections effectively.
  • Proposal Development :

  • Prepare detailed proposals, including pricing, terms, and contract terms.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the feasibility and availability of office spaces.
  • Negotiation and Closing :

  • Engage in negotiation discussions to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Close deals and secure signed contracts.
  • Account Management :

  • Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
  • Market Analysis :

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
