Close deals and secure signed contracts. Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Adjust sales strategies as needed to remain competitive. Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in a CRM system. Generate regular sales reports for management.
