Job Description
- Effectively manage and nurture incoming leads through established channels.
- Initiate contact with leads via social media, calls, and emails to generate interest and qualify prospects.
- Arrange and participate in meetings to demonstrate the features and benefits of No2Bounce to potential clients.
- Revisit past leads to reintroduce No2Bounce offerings and identify upselling opportunities.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate prospect details, sales progress, and performance metrics.
- Guide prospects through the sales funnel, from lead generation to negotiation and successful deal closure.
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute lead generation campaigns and enhance product visibility.
- Deliver regular sales reports and key metrics to management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in managing UK cold-calling sales teams.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in B2B SaaS or Data products.Proficiency in networking through social media platforms and handling both inbound and outbound UK calls.Strong communication skills, preferably with a UK accent.Research, customer service, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Results-driven mindset with a proactive, go-getter attitude.High standards of ethics and integrity.Ability to work independently with commitment and dedication.Deep understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.Requirements
