Job description
We are seeking a highenergy driven professional with natural sales instincts to join our team. This role focuses on customer relations product demonstrations and deal closures. Were looking for someone who enjoys selling interacting with clients and solving problems and who is thrilled by the process of closing deals. You will help build the sales funnel by clearly articulating our value proposition to potential clients through a consultative solutionsbased sales approach. You see opportunities around every corner approach sales with tenacity and overcome objections daily.
Skills :
You will be responsible for :
- Conduct impeccable demos.
- Be knowledgeable about the ClayHR product and answer queries and questions about the product
- Support the sales team in acquiring new customers
- Demonstrate the ClayHR solution to the leads or the prospective customers in a remote webbased environment
- Gain an indepth understanding of the ClayHR Platform
- Demonstrate our Software solution to the Prospect answering questions and highlighting the value proposition
- Gather product enhancement / feature requests and competitive product information and report these to the Development team.
- Collaborate with our Marketing team to further nurture leads into opportunities
- Effectively communicate the company value proposition to Clevel prospects
- Independently assess prospect and customer needs and opportunities
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions using defined methods and tools
