Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly via phone, email, or chat
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Identify and assess customers' needs, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints

Requirements :

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
