Job description
We are seeking a dynamic PPC specialist to drive our paid media strategy across website and app platforms. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end paid marketing campaigns, generate high-quality leads, and ensure achievement of revenue and sales targets. You will work closely with various teams to optimize campaigns and set up conversion events that deliver maximum ROI.
Key Responsibilities :
- Paid Media Management : Oversee all paid media channels (Google, Facebook, etc.) for the website and app to drive lead generation and meet sales targets.
- Marketing Strategy Development : Design and execute performance marketing strategies tailored to business objectives and customer needs.
- Conversion Optimization : Ensure proper conversion event setups, optimize landing pages, and increase conversion rates across campaigns.
- Campaign Optimization : Continuously monitor and improve campaign performance to maximize ROI and lower cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Collaboration : Work closely with category managers, analytics, and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Reporting & Analysis : Develop daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. Analyze trends, identify gaps, and implement data-driven improvements.
- Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and business strategies.
- Market Research : Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activity to refine marketing approaches.
- Lead Generation : Drive leads and conversions across multiple performance marketing channels, focusing on achieving revenue and sales Experience : 3+ years of experience managing Google and Facebook Ads. Experience in education, e-learning, or D2C app campaigns is a plus.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, App Analytics platforms (Appsflyer, Firebase), and data visualization tools (Powerbi, Tableau).
- Analytical Mindset : Strong data analysis skills with the ability to optimize campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication to articulate marketing strategies and recommendations clearly.
- Adaptability : Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing market trends.
- Team Player : Work effectively across teams and support collaborative efforts for overall campaign success.
