Role Overview :

  • As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent.
  • You will partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies that align with our company goals.
  • Your expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate engagement will be essential in building a diverse and high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine recruitment strategies and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various functions and levels.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
