Role Overview :
- As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent.
- You will partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies that align with our company goals.
- Your expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate engagement will be essential in building a diverse and high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.Utilize data-driven insights to refine recruitment strategies and improve hiring outcomes.Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3-6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various functions and levels.Strong understanding of recruitment tools, techniques, and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.A passion for diversity and inclusion in the workplace.What We Offer :
