Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various functions and levels. Strong understanding of recruitment tools, techniques, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
