Job description5-6 years of experience in a pharmaceutical formulation manufacturing unit. Good knowledge of cGMP, documentation, and in-process checks. Hands-on experience in tablet / capsule manufacturing is preferred. Strong communication skills and a good team player. Willing to work in shifts (if required).
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Chemist to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and monitoring manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Execute batch manufacturing activities as per Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Operate and maintain production equipment such as granulators, blenders, tablet presses, and capsule filling machines.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, WHO-GMP, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor in-process parameters and maintain accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, warehouse, and maintenance departments for smooth operations.
- Conduct in-process checks and support quality assurance activities.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness of production areas.
- Prepare and maintain production-related documents and logs.
- Report deviations, incidents, or breakdowns promptly.
- Participate in internal training programs and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
