We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will support the administrative functions of the office and help ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for executives
• Assist with travel arrangements and itinerary planning
• Prepare and maintain documentation and reports
• Coordinate meetings and take minutes as required
• Handle incoming calls and correspondence
• Support the team with various administrative tasks
