Job Position : QA Engineer (Manual + Location : Gurgaon / Mohali (Work From Office)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer with 4+ years of expertise in manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Selenium, TestNG, and programming languages (Java, JavaScript, Python) for automation. Solid knowledge of API testing, database validation (SQL & NoSQL), and Linux command-line operations is essential. The candidate will also mentor junior QA engineers and drive test automation strategies to ensure high-quality product delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
• Build and enhance automation frameworks using Selenium, TestNG, and Drive API testing using tools such as Postman or REST-assured and validate backend services.
• Perform backend validation using SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Utilize Linux commands for log analysis, server-side validations, and debugging test environments.
• Mentor junior QA engineers, providing technical guidance, reviews, and training.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (developers, product owners, DevOps) to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify, report, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis.
• Advocate for QA best practices, continuous automation coverage, and process improvements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to estimation, planning, and retrospectives.
• Ensure robust test coverage across functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
