About the Role :
Were on the lookout for a go-getter Business Development Executive to join our dynamic field sales team at Apna . If youre someone who thrives on meeting people, hunting new business, and closing deals, this role is for you!
Responsibilities :
- Visit 10-15 clients daily to pitch Apnas hiring solutions
- Share market insights & leads with your reporting manager
- Handle objections around pricing, competition, and product fit
- Understand SMB client requirements and sell recruitment solutions
- Onboard new clients and help them post their first job
- Build organic leads through references and client satisfaction
- Act as a brand ambassador for Apna in your region
- Work toward weekly / monthly revenue targets
- Enhance brand visibility by distributing collaterals & generating market buzz
What Were Looking For :
1+ years in B2B sales, preferably in HRTech , BFSI , or Insurance cold salesA true hustler with street-smart selling and negotiation skillsA people-person and strong team playerSelf-driven with the ability to generate and close leads independentlyMust have a Bike & Valid Driving License (traveling is a key part of this role)
