Key Responsibilities

• New Business Development :  Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through online research, social media, business directories, and digital channels.
• Lead Generation & Engagement :  Source, contact, and nurture both self-sourced and company-provided leads via phone, email, and online platforms. Build rapport, understand client needs, and prepare leads for conversion.
• Consultative Sales :  Understand client requirements and recommend tailored digital marketing and web development solutions.
• Service Presentation :  Effectively present Rise Media’s services, highlighting key benefits and unique selling points to prospective clients.
• Account Management :  Manage and grow client accounts, ensuring a seamless client experience from initial contact through ongoing engagement.
• Pipeline & CRM Management :  Maintain accurate records of all business development and engagement activities in the CRM system.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration :  Work closely with marketing, technical, and client servicing teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Market Awareness :  Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging market opportunities.
• Client Feedback :  Gather and relay client feedback to improve service offerings and business development strategies.
