Project Manager - Full Stack Technologies

Responsibilities :

• Lead the complete lifecycle of software development projects, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Collaborate closely with development teams and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the project team and with external stakeholders.
• Track project progress, monitor risks, and proactively address issues to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
• Utilize project management tools to track tasks, dependencies, and progress.
• Organize and lead project meetings, including status updates, planning sessions, and retrospectives.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables through effective planning and coordination with testing teams.
• Manage and adapt to changes in project scope, schedule, and resources.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development, specifically with projects involving technologies like PHP, Node.js, Angular, and React.js.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to effectively lead and motivate project teams.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
