Job Description
- Identify and prospect potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other digital outreach methods and follow-up meetings.
- Qualify inbound leads and conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs, pain points, and business objectives.
- Manage sales pipeline, track leads, and follow up to ensure prospects move smoothly through the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to account executives or external sales teams.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and concerns to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and outcomes in the CRM system. Stay current on product offerings, industry trends, and market conditions to effectively sell solutions.

Requirements - 2-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Development, or similar roles. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage customers effectively. - Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction. - Ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close deals in a consultative manner. - Familiarity with CRM systems and office productivity tools like MS Office. - Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA-Sales & Marketing is preferred).
