We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior Software Developer with a proven track record of designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise-grade software solutions.

This role requires deep expertise in software architecture, a strategic problem-solving mindset, and the ability to drive innovation while mentoring Junior Software Developers.

The Senior Software Developer will take ownership of critical development initiatives, oversee architecture, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions.

Essential Functions / Priorities :

• Should be sounds in the OOPS Concepts; both the theoretically and the practically.
• Collaborate with product management, fellow developers, and designers in conceptualizing and developing new software programs and applications.
• Arrange project requirements in a programming sequence by analyzing requirements; preparing a workflow chart and diagram using knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, programming language, and logic.
• Analyze and assess existing business systems and procedures.
• Assist in the definition, development, and documentation of software's business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications on a project-by-project basis in collaboration with internal users and departments.
• Develop and maintain applications by evaluating client needs, analyzing requirements, and developing software systems.
• Design, run and monitor software performance tests on new and existing programs to correct errors, isolate areas for improvement, and perform general debugging.
• Apply advanced object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns to build modular and reusable components.
• Provide guidance to junior members of the team, conducting code reviews and enforcing high coding standards.
• Collaborate closely with product management, UX designers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Define and document software architecture, technical requirements, and best practices to ensure scalability and security.
• Implement and advocate for DevOps practices, including CI / CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployment strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance development efficiency.
• Ensure rigorous testing, debugging, and performance tuning to maintain the highest software quality and reliability.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the team.
