Qualification : Any Graduation
Roles& Responsibilities :
1. Sales Strategy Development :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company
revenue goals.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand thecustomer base.
Analyze sales data and market conditions to refine strategies andimprove performance.
2. Team Leadership :
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives / BDM’s.Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team, ensuring alignment withcompany objectives.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s skills andproduct knowledge.
3. Client Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with keybusiness clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for high-value accounts, ensuringcustomer satisfaction and retention.
Address client concerns and provide solutions to maintain trust andloyalty.
4. Sales Process Management :
Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales effortswith company offerings.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales metrics and forecasts.5. Negotiation and Contract Management :
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability.Ensure all agreements comply with company policies and legalrequirements.
erformance Analysis :Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback andimplementing improvement plans.
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlightingachievements and areas for improvement.
