Responsibilities :
We are looking to hire a dynamic Sales Leaders for various key geographies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
Create and execute account strategies to meet client goals and drive growth.
Building up a robust sales pipeline and ensuring that the allocated budgets are meet in your territory.
Identifying Market opportunities, engaging with the prospects and simultaneously creating a road map and sales planning for your geography.
Prepare and make engagement charter for your set of accounts and setting up cadence with key stakeholders.
What will help you succeed :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
4-8 Years of experience managing.
BFSI clients.
Working understanding of BFSI ecosystem - onboarding, underwriting and collection.
Working knowledge on Wealth management and related products will be a bonus.
Must have sold to clients in the BFSI domain (Banks, NBFCs, Brokers and Fintech) Having good connect in the industry will be appreciated.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
