About our Client :

  • Our client is a fintech startup focused on building a secure platform that enables seamless and trustworthy data sharing among financial institutions.
  • Their framework supports the efficient exchange of information between financial institutions and the users who rely on them for financial services.

Responsibilities :

  • We are looking to hire a dynamic Sales Leaders for various key geographies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Create and execute account strategies to meet client goals and drive growth.
  • Building up a robust sales pipeline and ensuring that the allocated budgets are meet in your territory.
  • Identifying Market opportunities, engaging with the prospects and simultaneously creating a road map and sales planning for your geography.
  • Prepare and make engagement charter for your set of accounts and setting up cadence with key stakeholders.
  • What will help you succeed :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 4-8 Years of experience managing.
  • BFSI clients.
  • Working understanding of BFSI ecosystem - onboarding, underwriting and collection.
  • Working knowledge on Wealth management and related products will be a bonus.
  • Must have sold to clients in the BFSI domain (Banks, NBFCs, Brokers and Fintech) Having good connect in the industry will be appreciated.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
