The Role

We are seeking a versatile product leader who has successfully managed varied products and is eager to solve next-generation challenges through AI. As the Product Director AI Agents you will drive the development and strategic direction of our AI solutions for enterprise clients while overseeing the entire product lifecycle. Your expertise will be crucial in forging collaborations with both internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities :

Product Leadership : Lead the development and of the product strategy for our Agentic AI platform tailored to enterprise clients ensuring alignment with the company s overall vision and business objectives.

Lifecycle Management : Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and design through development launch and post-launch analysis to ensure continuous product excellence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams including Sales Engineering and Design as well as with external stakeholders and clients to capture requirements and drive successful product outcomes.

Documentation Ownership : Create manage and update comprehensive product documentation that serves as a single source of truth for internal teams and supports seamless customer engagement.

Training & Enablement : Provide training and develop detailed product documentation for internal teams especially Sales and Customer Success to effectively articulate product benefits and drive adoption.

Requirements :

Experience : Minimum 7 years in product management roles with a proven track record of launching and scaling successful products in dynamic environments.

Domain Expertise : Experience in B2B SaaS AI and / or enterprise Fintech domain is highly desirable.

Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional product teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the aptitude to clearly convey complex concepts both internally and externally.

Strategic Thinking : Strong analytical and strategic skills with a passion for leveraging AI to address next-generation challenges and drive innovation.
