Qualification : Post Graduation

Location : KPHB, Hyderabad

Job Description :

As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for defining and executing the overall sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and managing high-performing sales teams. You will oversee the sales function across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with business objectives while fostering a culture of excellence and motivation. You will report directly to the management, providing strategic insights, sales forecasts, and performance updates.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth :

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Set clear revenue and sales targets for the teams and ensure they are met consistently.

2. Leadership & Team Development :

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, including regional and branch sales managers.
  • Foster a results-driven culture, ensuring sales teams remain motivated and focused on targets.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the sales force.
  • 3. Sales Performance Monitoring & Analytics :

  • Monitor sales performance through dashboards, reports, and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to optimize sales productivity.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and enhance team efficiency.
  • 4. Market Expansion & Competitive Intelligence :

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop strategies for business expansion.
  • Identify new territories and customer segments for growth and oversee the implementation of expansion plans.
  • Ensure the company remains a leader in the plotted development sector by adopting innovative sales approaches.
  • 5. Customer-Centric Sales Approach :

  • Ensure customer satisfaction remains a top priority by aligning sales efforts with customer needs.
  • Promote a consultative sales approach, fostering long-term relationships with clients and investors.
  • Leverage customer insights to refine offerings and improve the sales experience.
  • 6. Financial Oversight & Profitability :

  • Ensure that sales targets align with overall business profitability and financial goals.
  • Work closely with finance teams to track revenue streams, pricing strategies, and cost efficiencies.
  • Improve sales processes to enhance turnaround time from booking to closure and collections.
  • 7. Stakeholder & Management Reporting :

  • Provide comprehensive reports and strategic recommendations to the management team.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align sales strategies with the company's vision and growth plans.
  • Represent the company in key meetings, industry events, and business forums.
  • Desired Candidate Profile :

  • Proven track record in leading sales teams at a regional or national level in the real estate sector.
  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership abilities, with the capacity to drive large-scale sales operations.
  • Expertise in sales forecasting, performance management, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment and deliver consistent results.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, competitor analysis, and an innovative approach to sales execution.
