Job Purpose :
- The National Channel Sales Head will be responsible for leading and scaling Ridhira Living's channel partner network across India.
- The role involves developing strategic alliances with brokers, real estate agents, wealth advisors, and institutional partners to drive residential sales and wellness real estate investments.
Key Responsibilities :
Channel Development & Management :
Develop and execute a national channel sales strategy aligned with business objectives.Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities.Build strong, long-term relationships with high-performing real estate agents and channel partners.Revenue Generation :
Drive residential sales through channel partners to meet and exceed sales targets.Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure partners are well-informed about inventory, pricing, and product USPs.Team Leadership :
Build and manage a high-performing team of regional channel sales managers and executives.Set performance metrics, monitor results, and provide ongoing coaching and support.Training & Engagement :
Design and implement regular training, engagement events, and incentive programs for channel partners.Organize channel partner meets, webinars, and site visits to boost partner motivation and conversion.Strategy & Reporting :
Analyze regional trends, competitor activity, and sales data to adjust strategies.Provide weekly and monthly sales forecasts, dashboards, and performance reports to senior management.Key Requirements :
Education : Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing.Experience :
12-18 years of relevant experience in real estate, hospitality, or luxury product channel sales.At least 5 years in a national or zonal leadership role.Proven success in launching or scaling channel networks across multiple geographies.Skills :
Strong understanding of real estate sales processes and partner ecosystems.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to travel frequently and manage multiple regional teams.Tech-savvy with experience in CRM and sales analytics tools.Preferred Industry Background.Real Estate Developers (Residential).Luxury or Lifestyle Projects.Hospitality-led Residential Communities.Wellness Real Estate or Timeshare / Vacation Ownership.ref : iimjobs.com)
