As a Creative Copywriter, you will conceptualize, create, and refine copy that drives impact. From campaign slogans and ad headlines to long-form content, social media, email, web copy, etc., you'll own the messaging, tone and consistency. You'll also mentor juniors, collaborate cross-functionally, and help shape strategies that align with business goals.

Skills :
- Impeccable English and creative writing skills
- 4+ years of full-time ad agency experience as a copywriter, preferably at a full-service agency; SEO writing experience irrelevant
- Great ideation skills and ready to work in a well-defined team structure
- Should be able to write in Gujarati or Hindi compulsorily, apart from English
- Should take ownership of their individual projects, working in sync with the design and account management team members, occasionally with other leaders
- Should have worked on print, web, and branding projects

Coming up with fresh concepts and ideas, presenting to the team and developing them along with designers and account managers, occasionally with other leadersAttending client meetings for new projects along with the team, asking the right questions to collect data to work on the project successfullyCreating content maps, sitemaps, content inventory and wireframes and writing content primarily for websites, brochures, landing pages, and other marketing collateralsResearch and understand client's requirements, study consumer psychology, conduct preliminary market research to ideate long-term and short-term campaigns as per brand's requirementComing up with brand names, taglines, brand story, values, mission, vision, core values, philosophy etc. to define brand identityContinuously come up with new and innovative creative marketing ideas for a range of multiple clientsAccompanying the team for client meetings and reccesParticipate in the organization's upskilling initiatives like training programs, conclaves, online courses etc. to continuously improve work quality and overall approachSkills Required
