Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the lighting segment through project-based sales.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, builders, and project management companies.
- Generate and follow up on leads for Hublit lighting products in commercial and residential infrastructure projects.
- Handle complete sales cycle, including project mapping, pricing negotiations, client presentations, and final closures.
- Track market trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams such as design, operations, and product to ensure project alignment and execution.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Preferred Candidate Profile :
Proven track record of minimum 3-5 years' experience in B2B / Project Sales (preferably in the Lighting Industry).Must have experience working with Architects, Interior Designers, and Project Consultants.Strong network and understanding of Project Channel Sales dynamics.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage regional sales targets.Willingness to travel within assigned territory.ref : iimjobs.com)
