Position Overview :
We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer to lead and optimize Google and Meta ads campaigns .
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, deep knowledge of campaign strategy and performance analysis, with a proven track record of generating leads, driving conversions, and maximizing ROAS.
Selected candidate’s responsibilities include :
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google & Meta Ads .
- Manage full-funnel performance marketing strategy, including audience targeting, A / B testing, creatives, copy, and landing pages.
- Work cross-functionally with design, brand, and product teams to craft compelling ad experiences that reflect luxury positioning .
- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance and take action to improve CTR, conversion rates, CPA, and ROAS .
- Work closely with design, content, and web teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and campaign assets.
- Track and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Campaign Manager , and dashboards.
- Stay updated on the latest ad platform features, trends, and algorithm changes.
- Stay at the forefront of platform updates, ad innovations, and consumer behavior trends within the D2C luxury category.
- Manage monthly ad budgets with efficiency and accountability for performance.
- Run remarketing, retargeting, and lookalike audience campaigns to boost engagement and conversion.
- Optimize campaigns for different goals : lead generation, website traffic, sales, brand awareness, etc.
Qualifications
Education qualification : - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Preferred from Delhi-NCR or willing to relocate3–4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns, running high-performing Meta Ads campaigns for D2C or premium / luxury brands.Proven track record of scaling brands from 1Cr+ to 10–20Cr+ in revenue , preferably in high-end D2C categoriesProven ability to manage budgets and achieve strong ROAS.Strong knowledge of Ads Manager, Conversion APIs, and audience retargeting.Analytical and detail-oriented with strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
