Job Summary :

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing digital campaigns across paid search, social, display, and affiliate channels. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with performance-based marketing platforms, is data-savvy, and thrives on achieving measurable growth and ROI.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, programmatic platforms, etc.
• Manage day-to-day operations of campaigns including budgeting, bidding strategies, keyword research, ad copywriting, A / B testing, and audience targeting.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and other BI dashboards to report on KPIs, attribution, and ROI.
• Stay current with industry trends, algorithm updates, and platform best practices.
• Suggest and implement growth hacks, automation, or new channels for better efficiency and reach.

Requirements :

Preferred Qualifications :

Certifications such as Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.

Monthly Salary of ₹25,000 – ₹70,000, based on Experience and Skill Set.
