Job description

KITLABS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced  Business Development Manager for Direct IT Sales of Mobile Apps in North America . This full-time role focuses on driving business growth, generating leads, managing accounts, and overseeing business development activities to achieve sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in direct IT sales, specifically in the mobile app development sector. They will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the company’s overall growth and success. If you're passionate about sales and mobile technology, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
  • Identify and seize new business opportunities within the mobile app development sector.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify potential clients.
  • Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to ensure seamless client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and close deals, establishing long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets.

Requirements

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Strong understanding of mobile app development processes and technologies
  • Expertise in New Business Development, Lead Generation, and Account Management
  • Proven experience in Sales and Business Development
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of IT industry trends and the mobile app market
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with Zoho or similar CRM.
  • Basic understanding of mobile and web development.
  • Proficiency in AI and automation tools.
