Position Summary :
We are seeking a skilled and certified ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and modules to meet our clients' evolving business needs.
You will leverage your expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and other ServiceNow modules to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
Your ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and your commitment to quality will be essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and modules based on detailed customer requirements.
- Customize user interfaces, forms, workflows, and business rules to enhance user experience and automate processes.
- Design and implement custom applications and modules to address specific business needs.
- Develop and maintain scripts (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, etc.) to automate tasks and processes.
- Implement and manage ServiceNow modules, including ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request), ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management), ITBM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, and others as required.
- Configure and customize modules to align with business processes and best practices.
- Ensure seamless integration between ServiceNow modules.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and other integration methods.
- Develop and maintain integration scripts and workflows.
- Utilize third-party tools and plugins to enhance ServiceNow functionality.
- Adhere to ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure application quality and stability.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Participate in code reviews.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and end-users, to understand business needs and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide support to end users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow application issues.
Requirements :
ServiceNow Certification :
Mandatory : Candidates must possess at least one valid ServiceNow certification (e.g, Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist).
Educational Background :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming and Systems Analysis, Science (Computer Studies), or a related field.Technical Skills :
