• Determined to lead and scale the provider data operations function managing a growing team of leads and operational staff responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, completeness, and compliance of Zocdocs provider data.
• Curious to design and drive operational strategy, process improvements, and automation, partnering closely with global teams to deliver excellence at scale.
• Keen to play a pivotal role as Zocdoc expands its marketplace coverage, specialties, and insurance networks, building the operational foundation to scale rapidly, reliably, and efficiently.
