Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Consultant located in Pune. The Tour Consultant will be responsible for planning and organizing guided tours, consulting clients on their travel needs, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective communication and customer service. The role requires collaboration with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services and providing detailed information about destinations, itineraries, and tour packages.

Qualifications

• Experience in Guided Tours and Travel Consulting
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Travel & Tourism industry
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
• Proficiency in using travel booking systems and related software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
