Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Pune. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and recommending appropriate financial products. Day-to-day tasks include providing customer service, conducting sales presentations, managing sales pipelines, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves training clients on the use of financial products and staying updated on industry trends.

• Experience in Training clients on financial products
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Experience in the financial industry is a plus
