Senior Manager - Analytics

As the Senior Manager - Analytics at Nutrabay, you will be the strategic owner of all analytics efforts across the organization. You'll be responsible for leading the data and analytics roadmap, building scalable data infrastructure, enabling data-driven product decisions, and managing analytics tools, team, and processes. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, product mindset, business acumen, and leadership to translate data into insights and insights into action.

You should apply if you have :

• 6- 10 years of experience in data analytics / product analytics with a strong foundation in e-commerce or product-based companies.
• Proven experience building analytics platforms, pipelines, dashboards, and experimentation frameworks from scratch.
• Hands-on expertise in Power BI , SQL , Google Analytics (GA4) , Mixpanel , Firebase , and Appsflyer .
• Strong understanding of data modelling , data governance , and ETL frameworks (Airflow / DBT preferred).
• Solid understanding of product metrics , conversion funnels , A / B testing , LTV , retention , and user segmentation .
• Experience working closely with engineering, product, marketing, and business leadership.
• Ability to manage and mentor a team of analysts, driving both execution and strategy.
