Key Responsibilities :
1. Training Delivery
Conduct effective new hire inductions, process-specific, and tool-based training sessions.
Facilitate refresher programs and targeted learning sessions to address performance gaps.
2. Content Development
Design, update, and maintain training materials, SOPs, and knowledge repositories in line with process updates and business needs.
Collaborate with process owners and quality teams to ensure training content accuracy and consistency.
3. Training Needs Analysis
Identify training requirements through performance metrics, feedback, and process audits.
Partner with stakeholders to create customized learning interventions that improve efficiency and quality.
4. Skill Assessment & Evaluation :
Evaluate training effectiveness through knowledge checks, skill assessments, and post-training performance analysis.
Track learning outcomes using established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
5. Mentorship & Performance Support
Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to employees for skill enhancement and performance improvement.
Support teams in adapting to process or policy changes through guided learning.
6. Calibration & Compliance
Lead and participate in calibration sessions to ensure standardization across teams.
Ensure all learning content complies with the latest product updates, process standards, and organizational policies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
Training Effectiveness : Achievement of learning goals and performance improvement post-training.
Employee Performance : Measurable enhancement in quality and productivity after training interventions.
Knowledge Retention : Assessment results from quizzes, audits, or refresher evaluations.
Compliance Adherence : Up-to-date training content aligned with policy and process changes.
