Roles and Responsibilities

Foster strong relationships with sales team members in the region, promoting a collaborative and motivated work environment.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Conduct monthly meetings to review team performance, providing feedback and guidance to drive improvement.
Represent the company at regional events, enhancing brand visibility and building professional networks.
Delegate tasks effectively and set clear deadlines to ensure timely completion and high-quality outcomes.
Monitor and analyze regional market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks, adjusting strategies as needed.
Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to meet sales objectives.
