We're Hiring : Salesforce Business Analyst Q2C.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team, specializing in business process mapping for Quote to Cash (Q2C) domains.

This role will play a critical part in analyzing, documenting, and optimizing end-to-end Q2C processes.

Location : Pune.

Work Mode : Hybrid Mode.

What You'll Do :

• Analyze and document current-state Q2C processes, including quoting, contract management, order processing, invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, IT) to gather requirements, identify pain points, and map out process flows using industry-standard methodologies and tools.
• Develop current-state process maps to aid in issues remediation and overall Q2C transformation program.
• Facilitate interviews with stakeholders to document current-state processes and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for Q2C processes, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure process documentation is up-to-date, accessible, and compliant with internal controls and external regulations.
• Partner with technology teams to translate business requirements into system enhancements or automation opportunities.
